Syrah, Grenache
This Mediterranean wine is grown under the L’Hortus cliff in Pic Saint-Loup just outside of Montpellier. It is made using the Saignée method, bleeding of juice off the red wine early in the fermentation process, & left resting on lees for five weeks before bottling. With summer pudding fruit & structure, this is a serious Rosé, with a touch of class.
