Riesling 

&reas made a wine that they enjoy drinking in the Mosel, from a single parcel of red slate in the Premier Cru vineyard Schweicher Annaberg site. H&-harvested & spontaneously fermented in large old oak barrels, before a temperature-controlled ferment, resting on lees for three months in stainless steel tanks. Off-dry with honeyed fruit that is framed by mouthwatering, crushing freshness.
