Chenin, Chardonnay 

The vines are grown at 800 metres above sea level, with little rain, intense sun & cool nights, allowing a slow ripening of the grapes. This is a relatively cool climate wine, retaining fresh apple flavours & lively acidity in both the Chenin Blanc & Chardonnay, creating a fresh style reminiscent of the Loire Valley.
