Torrontés 

Susana Balbo is known as ‘The Queen of Torrontés’ for her work in pioneering this indigenous grape. She talks about breaking the rules in making a premium style of what was considered a simple, traditional wine. Grown at 1700 metres above sea level, the beautiful floral aromas typical of Torrontés lead to a crisp wine, not blousy as some can be, but dry, fresh & aromatic.
