H& harvested & 100% destemmed, pressed, & fermented with natural yeast. Short maceration of 1 to 2 weeks. The light pressed wine is added to obtain the body structure. Luscious aromas of cassis, ripe red fruits, blueberry, & prune. Touch of liquorice & mixed spices.
