Saint-Amour is one of the most exciting & diverse Beaujolais Cru with pink granite in Fleurie & blue volcanic soil in Côte du Py. Spontaneous fermentation using the Chapeau method, then nine months on lees in a combination of egg amphorae & stainless steel tanks. Leading to dark ruby colour with intense perfumed dark berry, cherry liqueur & liquorice scents & a lengthy finish.
