Pinot Noir
One hectare of vines planted in 1956, just at the start of the Côte d’Or with eastern exposure. Stony soil with yellow clay. Fermented with 50% stems before a gentle press in an old repurposed champagne press. Fragrant on the nose, the Savigny-les-Beaunes. Elegant is soft with delicate tannins. Excellent addition to any evening.
