Pinot Noir

Grown in the Awatere Valley, a windier, drier, stonier sub-region of Marlborough, this wine has elegance & understated power. Ageing in French oak for nine months gives a subtle spiciness, but the main event here is the perfumed, ripe cherry fruit with excellent balancing acidity.
