Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) 

The German for Pinot Blanc is not as we know it. From the slate slopes of the Mosel, organically grown, h&-harvested before spontaneous fermentation in large old oak barrels before time in stainless steel. Pear & very ripe mango, with a mixed orchard of aromas. A superb marathon-length finish.
