Muscat, Viognier 

Costers del Sio is a fully organic farm north of Barcelona. Wine is only part of the production with a speciality in Spanish & French grapes. A long history of winemaking includes the use of lagers found on the farm—ancient Roman open stone tanks for pressing & fermenting. This wine is named after the stables where it is made. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, this blend of aromatic grapes is perfumed yet in control—a delicate floral character with tropical fruits & a drizzle of honey.
