Gamay 

Small half-hectare of limestone clay facing east in the shadow of an extinct volcano. The wine is made from destemmed bunches of Gamay & fermented with natural yeast, then aged for 10 months in old oak barrels. Strawberry & red berry on the palate with a punch of power.
