Château Fongaban is situated on one of the highest satellites of Saint-Émilion. Merlot dominated & fermented in concrete with wild yeast & aged in old oak barrels, procured from Grand Cru Classé estates. Powerful aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant, spices. The weight on the palate is satisfying & matches the purity of the fruit flavours from its organic production.
