Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault 

Dominated by old vine Carignan, which is considered ‘the blood of the region’. Everywhere there are herbs, trees, bushes & flowers, all of which contribute to the aromatic expression of this wine – natural yeast, very low sulphites, ageing in neutral terracotta & s&stone amphorae.
