Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio
This is the Chablis of the Douro. From a careful selection of 40% Viosinho; 30 % Gouveio; 30% Rabigato. H&-harvested & fermented in stainless steel tanks, with prolonged time on lees resulting in a very fresh & fragrant modern style of wine. On the nose, grassy aromas along with citrus & asparagus. A wine with an extraordinarily fresh, crisp, & pleasant palate.
