Taking risks is second nature to Susana Balbo, so planting Cabernet Sauvignon in this Malbec- dominated region was no different. A combination of excellent terroir & stellar winemaking achieves her signature balance, almost 1000 metres above sea level, the grapes are hand-picked & aged in French oak for nine months. Earthy, mineral & balanced.
