Chardonnay

Made from old vines from the left bank of the Serein River, in the heart of Chablis, on calcareous clay. H&-harvested & sorted in the winery with fermentation in stainless steel tanks with ten months on lees. This is a classic Chablis with oodles of stone fruit & flint made by an iconic producer.
