Pinot Noir 

This wine is beautifully pure, with the aromas of peonies. The graceful mouthfeel is built around very fine, light tannins. An excellent aperitif wine that pairs well with charcuterie. The grapes are picked by hand, sorted & vinified with 40% whole clusters.
