Roussanne 

Vines were planted in 2000 on clay-limestone soils. Farmed organically & harvested by h&. The whole clusters are pressed & fermented in a cement tank with a pied de cuve (the winemaking version of a sourdough starter) & fruit from the vineyard. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation & is aged on lees in the tank with regular bâtonnage.
