Pinot Noir
Great Pinot which really benefits from the huge difference in night & day temperatures while growing. From vineyards cultivated at an altitude of more than 3,600 feet above sea level, one of the highest estates in Mendoza, melt-waters from the snowy Andes provide irrigation in this desert region. A vast temperature difference between day & night allows the fruit to ripen slowly, resulting in a wine with concentration & balance.
