Chardonnay 

This is a legendary vineyard yet just 4.5 hectares. Using late harvest, the juice has an extended fermentation & time on lees for up to two years & further years in bottle. The Thévenets do not release without a minimum of two years bottle age. With a hint of botrytis richness & zingy crispness, it retains mellow autumnal flavours. This wine has an unreal complex length.
