Verdejo
One of Rueda’s most modern wineries once earned its place in local history as the house white in the legendary El Bulli. Meticulously made from bush vines in s&y soil at 600 metres above sea level, the cool evenings & warm days produce great aromatics. The vines are h&-harvested & grapes cold macerated for 12 hours then racked into stainless steel & fermented using their own cultured yeast. Extended times on lees leads to a rich, well rounded, fresh wine, with good length.
