Moschofilero, Muscat – Orange Wine
Served cold, this is a blend of Muscat (80%) & Moschofilero (20%). Ten days skin contact & into an amphora for 30 days, then fermenting of the must of Moschofilero. The Moschofilero is a traditional Greek variety, pink-skinned grape with a pleasant & distinctive flavour & balanced acidity. This wine ferments in bottle with remuage (riddling) for 3 weeks. Dimitrios does not disgorge, allowing the dead yeast to stay in bottle. Summer sun in colour with white flower & nectarine. The fruit sweetness is balanced with refreshing acidity.
