Dimitrios Kioutsoukis has brought to reality his gr&father’s dream of rebuilding their family winery & producing magnificent wines. This Assyrtiko is h&-harvested & naturally fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts & three months bâtonnage on fine lees. Very bright golden colour. Rich, intense nose with aromas of pear & quince revealed at the beginning giving way to aromas of sage. A fuller wine with very good weight & a very long finish.
