Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah
When the Courselle sisters were young & playing in the vines, they imagined they had a little brother, one that was full of mischief. When Marie & Sylvie made this Vin de France, which breaks the rules by using Syrah (they planted Syrah where Bordelaise should be), they named the wine after their imaginary brother playing in the vines, causing trouble. Beyond the vibrant ruby colour, beautiful subtle notes of fresh strawberries, definitely Beaujolais-esque. A joy to drink.
