Grenache, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon 

Spontaneous fermentation & quite a long maceration on skins give a nice depth of flavour to this easy-drinking wine. Good vineyard practices maximise ripeness & allow the herbaceous scents of the garrigue to come through in the wine.
