M&o, Sumoll, Xarel-lo
This is a light red wine made with red & white grapes Mandó & Xarel·lo macerated with the skins for 17 days. Sumoll pressed directly. Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts & unfiltered with no added SO2. It is a light fresh wine with summer pudding raspberry & red current with a great bite of acidity to finish.
