Shiraz 

Fermented in 155-year-old open oak vats, followed by maturation in similarly aged large French oak barrels before being bottled. Smaller French & American oak barrels are also used, the result blended to achieve a fruit-forward wine. A moderate growing environment ensures this is a well-balanced Shiraz, & careful winemaking practices favour fresh fruit, not over-extracted characteristics.
